The purpose of this document is to clarify what we consider to be acceptable use of the Swarm Buddy website, www.swarmbuddy.com (“Site”), Swarm Buddy mobile app (“Swarm Buddy” or “Swarm Buddy App”), and other online products and services (collectively, the or these “Services”) provided by Jekyll Brain Inc. (“Jekyll Brain”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

 

 

What is Swarm Buddy for:

 

Swarm Buddy is for having fun. Swarm Buddy is a geo-location and messaging app that enhances the experiences of group activities at live events.

 

We want our community users to express themselves freely and have fun while using the Services.

 

What Swarm Buddy is not for:

 

Terrorism: We do not tolerate content that promotes, encourages or incites acts of terrorism. That includes content which supports, celebrates, communicates or organizes terrorist activities.

 

Hate Speech or Violence: Do not post content that promotes hatred, threatens people or encourages violence. For example, do not post death threats.

 

Illegal Use: Swarm Buddy may not be used to engage in illegal activities or promote dangerous and illegal activities. For example, do not use Swarm Buddy to commit fraud. Do not use Swarm Buddy to encourage violence or issue death threats. In serious cases of abuse, we will report you to the appropriate authorities.

 

Impersonation: Do not mislead or confuse other users of the Services by pretending to be someone else or acting as if you represent an organization when you don’t.

 

Personal and Confidential Information: You may not publish another person’s personal and confidential information. For example, do not post someone else’s credit card information, Social Security number, usernames or passwords.

 

Copyright: Using copyrighted material does not constitute infringement in all case. However, users should be careful when posting, modifying, distributing or reproducing any copyrighted content without the owner’s permission. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

 

Spam: You may not use your Swarm Buddy account to send spam or use deceptive means to generate revenue or traffic. Violators will have their Swarm Buddy account deleted.

 

Username Abuse or Squatting: Swarm Buddy usernames are meant for the use and enjoyment of all our users. Do not squat, hoard, amass, accumulate, accrue or stockpile Swarm Buddy usernames.

 

Mass Registration and Automation: Accounts that are registered automatically or systematically will be removed and will have access permanently suspended.

 

Harm to Swarm Buddy: You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm Swarm Buddy, our Services or systems. For example, you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.
